When you fill in the contact form, we collect:

Purpose: to answer your message and follow up on possible collaborations or bookings. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in communicating with interested parties (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), or the performance of a (pre-)contractual relationship when you request a booking or quote (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Retention period: maximum 2 years after the last contact, unless an agreement results from it (in which case statutory retention periods apply).

2.2 Newsletter subscription

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

  • Your name (if requested)
  • Your email address

Purpose: to inform you about news, performances, releases or other activities. Legal basis: your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting us. Retention period: as long as you remain subscribed. After unsubscribing, your data is deleted within 30 days.

2.3 Visit data via Google Analytics

Through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, we collect anonymised information about your visit:

  • Truncated/anonymised IP address
  • Device type and browser
  • Pages visited and duration of the visit
  • Source of the visit (search engine, link, social media, …)

Purpose: to improve the operation and content of our website. Legal basis: your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Retention period: maximum 14 months.

2.4 Embedded videos (YouTube / Vimeo)

Our website may display videos embedded from YouTube and/or Vimeo. When you play a video (or sometimes already when it loads), these platforms may process data themselves, such as your IP address, viewing behaviour and their own cookies. 3. Who we share your data with

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share it with service providers that help us operate our website and services (processors):

  • Google Ireland Ltd. – Analytics, Tag Manager, possibly YouTube

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. Our website runs over a secure HTTPS connection, and access to personal data is limited to those who need it.
